Here Ryan runs a 3 x 5 mile workout with a 3 mile warm up, an easy mile between, and 3 mile cool down.
You'll have to get yourself a calculator and add that up.

Then he applies Vasoline to his chaffed pits.

He wouldn't reveal how fast he was running the sets, but as you can tell from the video, it was fucking fast.
