Houston Half Marathon 1/17/10

Shalane Flanagan(1:09:41) and Antonio Vega(1:01:54) took home the National Championships and $12,000 each for their wins.
Shalane took home an additional $4,000 for setting a new course record, bettering the previous mark by a minute and 14 seconds.

The men's field was a little watered down without Hall, Ritz, Meb, Carney, Fasil, Cabada, and Carlson toeing the line. Hall chose to run the R'n'R Arizona Half on the same day. Carney was on the entry list, but didn't start.
